I help folks who are stuck. Who ask “Is this all there is?”  Who are seeking balance, productivity. Renewed purpose.

I work with clients one-on-one and by phone on a schedule convenient to you. I work with groups in both speaking and workshop sessions to spark transformation.

Trained in the Co-Active Coaching model, I believe that you are naturally creative, resourceful and whole.  From the coaching process, you can expect to see things with new eyes; to move through the world with a heightened sense of awareness about who you are and what is most important to you; and to create the conditions most sufficient for you to experience the fulfillment you seek. I give you the tools to move from “stuck” to freedom, propelling you as far as you are willing to go in achieving your dreams.

HOW IS COACHING DIFFERENT THAN THERAPY?

Coaching is not advice, therapy or counseling. I work off the assumption that you are a mentally healthy person who is seeking a braver, bolder version of your life.We will work on self-exploration and learning new ways to approach life. We are not focused on solving specific problems but instead focus on a bigger version of you. For more information on coaching versus therapy, click here.

Coaching is a very powerful model to elicit change in a person’s behavior. You may find that you choose to focus on specific personal goals, personal growth, business visions, and successes or other situations in your life or profession. In the event that you feel the need for professional psychological counseling or therapy, it is your responsibility to seek a licensed professional.
